Payment Processing
Credit/Check/Debit Cards carry a $2.50 processing fee. This fee will be added to your monthly rent.
All Cash or Check transactions do not carry this fee.
If a check or a card is returned as NSF, Account Closed or any other reason besides Fraud a $20 NSF Fee will be applied to your account.
