Payment Processing

1. Credit Cards carry a processing fee. This fee will be added to your monthly rent.
2. All Cash, Check, debit transactions do not carry this fee. 
3. If a check or a card is returned as NSF, Account Closed or any other reason besides Fraud a $20 NSF Fee will be applied to your account.
